Joan has over 27 years of experience with the build and optimization of healthcare applications, specializing in supply chain, perioperative, anesthesia, and trauma workflows.
Joan created Xcelrate UDI with the goal of significantly improving patient safety at the point of care by leveraging the power of the UDI for medical devices, biologics (tissue, vaccines), and medications.
Dawon Hawkins
COO
Dawon is the principal driver for Xcelrate UDI’s operational excellence, business growth and strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry.
Dawon oversees Xcelrate UDI’s critical business functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Client Education.
Debbie Cartmill
Head of Operations
Debbie leads our day-to-day business operations and ensures our compliance with the various government and regulatory agencies.
Debbie has extensive experience in facilities management and background investigations and is an instrumental part of our client onboarding experience.

Heather joined Xcelrate UDI in 2022 with a background in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.

Mike has been in sales for over 35 years, primarily with engineered industrial products and has supported both manufacturing and distribution.
Mike is a relationship builder by nature and a strong communicator, who is deeply committed to understanding and meeting our client’s needs.
