Sales Proposal: IFUVitals Market Entry Strategy
This sales proposal activity is designed to assess your strategic thinking, your ability to articulate value, and the strength of your existing relationships that can be leveraged to quickly build a book of business or convert clients from competitors (like OneSource Docs).
Learn more about IFUVitals:
Proposal Submission Guidelines:
Your proposal should be no more than two pages and adhere to the following format:

Target Market & Initial Outreach Strategy:
Identify your top 3-5 priority healthcare organizations (hospitals, ASCs, health systems) or specific departments/roles.
Explain why these are ideal targets for IFUVitals, considering their likely pain points related to medical device/biologic management, IFU protocols, or regulatory compliance.
Describe your immediate plan for leveraging your existing network to secure initial meetings or introductions with decision-makers at these targets. Be specific about the types of contacts you would engage.
Value Proposition & Competitive Differentiation:
Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of IFUVitals for prospective clients.
If a prospect uses a competitor (e.g., OneSource Docs), explain how you would position IFUVitals to demonstrate a clear advantage and encourage conversion.
Sales Process & Expected Milestones:

What are some realistic sales milestones you would aim to achieve in your first 30, 60, and 90 days, assuming effective leveraging of your network?
Existing Network Overview:
Briefly describe the nature and depth of your professional network within the healthcare provider market that is relevant to selling IFUVitals. (You do not need to provide specific names, but describe types of roles, organizations, or geographical areas where your connections are strongest.)
Provide 2-3 brief examples (without naming individuals) of how you've previously leveraged your network to drive new business or achieve significant sales outcomes in a similar context.
Please note that success in selling IFUVitals will also create opportunities to introduce and sell our broader suite of medical device and biologic management solutions.
